When you work with a MidTransitions coach, you will choose two of these key areas to focus on during your 6-month commitment. Through bi-weekly coaching sessions, you'll receive personalized support and guidance to make significant progress in these areas.

1. Initial Consultation:

Your journey begins with an initial consultation where you and your Coach get to know each other and discuss your goals, challenges, and aspirations. This session provides an opportunity for us to understand your unique needs and tailor our coaching approach to best support you.

2. Goal Setting and Planning:

Following the initial consultation, we'll work together to set clear and achievable goals across the key areas of coaching that resonate with you. Whether you're focusing on personal development, professional growth, health and wellness, or another area, we'll create a roadmap to guide our journey together.

3. Bi-Weekly Coaching Sessions:

Over the course of six months, you'll engage in bi-weekly coaching sessions with your dedicated coach. These sessions serve as a sacred space for reflection, exploration, and growth. Through thought-provoking conversations, actionable insights, and supportive guidance, you'll make meaningful progress towards your goals.

4. Personalized Support and Accountability:

Throughout your coaching journey, you'll receive personalized support and accountability from your coach.
